Yoga on the Lawn Feb 12 @ 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Yoga and Mimosas: not only is it fun to say, but it’s also a refreshing way to spend a Sunday Morning! This class was curated to be fun for beginners and experienced yoga students alike, so everybody is welcome! After an hour of warrior poses, stretching, and breathing, head to the Heights Public Market for brunch, maybe even a refreshing mimosa! What could be better? Grab your yoga mat, towel, and water bottle, so you can say “Yay! It’s Sunday!”
Brandon Young Professionals Networking Lunch at Just Love Coffee Wednesdays Tickets, Multiple Dates Wednesday @ 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
There is something inspiring about being in a coffee shop; maybe that is where the networking event “Just Love Coffee” got its start. This is a weekly event held every Wednesday from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Come and enjoy a fun networking event with a view! Meeting at Just Love Coffee is only one way the group helps small businesses, and they can help yours too. Stop in anytime between 11:00 am and 11:30 am for open networking, and introductions begin at 11:30 am. Don’t forget to bring at least 30-35 business cards! You never know who you’ll meet!

Mic check 1,2,1,2. Good! This thing is on and ready for your big introduction to successful entrepreneurs who want to teach you! Local Stories Live! Consists of a panel of 3 local business leaders who facilitate a 30 min discussion followed by a short Q&A session. After the session feel free to mingle and network with other small business owners to see how you can help each other out. Local businesses helping local businesses is how Hillsborough county has kept a culture of innovation. Come and add your skills and voice to it!
2023 Pasco County Career Fair – An Employment Empowerment Experience Feb 23, 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Job seekers wanted to “come one, come all” for interviews and networking opportunities! The Pasco County Career Fair is happening on February 23rd from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm! While this career fair is taking place just outside Hillsborough county, it will feature local businesses in the area, and it just might be your way to get a foot in the door. Many recruiters are actively hiring at this event if the potential employee is a good fit. Registration is free and interviews will be done in person, so don’t forget to dress sharp and bring a resume and a valid ID. If you are looking for a fresh start, then this is a great opportunity for you to see what’s out there!
Gaining Ground: Food Systems Conversations and Collaborations Feb 11 @ 3 PM – 6:30 PM
Eckerd College St. Pete Center is hosting an Agricultural Summit just north of Hillsborough this year! This event is meant to bring together the growing community, suppliers, government officials, and specialists to address modern needs and innovations in agriculture. The vision of the collaboration is to find innovative ways to develop just ways to sustainably feed the people of Tampa Bay and its surrounding areas. Beyond the discussion, attendees can enjoy good food and drinks, live music, and tours.
East West Music & Dance Festival Feb 19 @ 1:00 PM
If you are looking for an all-day family-friendly cultural display and festival, then look no further! You’ve found it. The East-West Music and Dance Festival aims to bring culture through dance, food, goods, and music. Entry to the event is free, but attendees are asked to make a donation to support the arts and Shruti Foundation, Tampa. Whether you are dining in your walking shoes or polishing your dancing shoes, we’ll see you there!
Taste of Success Tickets, Multiple Dates Feb 9 @ 12:30 PM -1:30 PM
All levels of entrepreneurs are invited to attend this informative, and delicious, event. Complimentary lunch will be served at 12:00 pm by a local business. After that have a bout of networking till 12:30 pm. Next enjoy a guest speaker and a subject matter expert who will share the good, the bad, and the ugly lessons they have learned on their journey so far. Following the talks, there will be a Q & A session with the speakers, personal reflection time, and more opportunities to network. We are getting hungry already for both the food and the knowledge!
